    Hi
Looking for some advice please. My partner and I are considering buying a holiday home. Which lending agencies offers the lowest interest rates for such a purchase? Do any offer the same rates as are available for a primary residence?
Are there any other considerations that we should take into account?
Thanks in advance for your help.

At the very least you'll need a 20% deposit and if you plan to let it you'll need a 30% deposit.

Thanks for that. Yes we have the 20%, and probably a little more depending on the price. We hadn't planned to let it out but good to know that if we do, it raises the bar re deposit.

Do you have any info regarding best available mortgage rates out there?
