Are all properties available in Ireland advertise on Daft.ie or do smaller Estate Agents not bother?

Some estate agents are still totally married to the idea of using myhome and nothing else.

Agents that aren't on at least one of the two are dead.

Many rentals are not advertised ever, though; ditto some sales. One common one is that people register their interest with an agent and get notified about it directly.
