    Hi all,

You may have noticed some changes we've made to 365 Online when logged into your account. These include:

    • Completed Transactions and Today’s Transactions & Transactions in Progress: Transactions are now grouped separately between completed transactions and Transactions in Progress.
    • Up to Date Balance: Your balance displayed next to Today’s Transactions represents the most up to date balance on your account and includes all transactions presented and being processed. This balance will be updated throughout the day as transactions are presented.
    • Up to Date Statement: This option is now included in the Service Desk. You can request an up to date statement and this will be from the date of your last statement.
    • Travel Notice option: Now available for your Visa Debit Card as well as your Bank of Ireland Credit Card.
    •  Pop up timer: This will appear on screen after a period of inactivity to warn you that you will be logged out automatically - you can choose to log out or to continue to be signed in.
    • Service Desk button: Now available on the left hand menu for easier navigation.
    • Business customers: Can now register for 365 Online – this is suitable for Sole Traders, Trading As, Small Limited Companies and Agri Customers.
    • Charities, Societies, and clubs can also register.
    • No monthly subscription fee.
    • Payments up to €20,000 daily.
    • See here for more information.

Hi. The click through link "here" brings me through to a form that does not include "Charities" as a registration option. Is there another approach to registering a charity for B365?
