    Is the red button option from bbc gone for good. I assumed it was just for the olympics

    Yes. BBC removed it for Irish viewers. You can still view the red button strean in Other Channels.

    Aertel is still running, but you'll need to connect your Sky box to your TV via SCART to view it. And your TV will need to have a WST teletext decoder, which some new TV's mightn't have (though if they have SCART they probably will).

    Yes. Freesat is not officially available so will work fine here hence why I said Irish customers, ie. Sky customers.
