Quick Question about Leap Top Up App

    I haven't used my Leap Card before so apologies for the newbie question!

    Last night I purchased some travel credit and a 7 day commuter ticket online.
    I chose the Top Up App as the load location.

    Today, when I scan the card using the app, both purchases appear to be have been "collected".
    As in, they weren't there right after I made the purchase last night but they are showing up now.

    However, when I log on to my account online I'm shown;

    No tickets found on the selected card.

    It's also reminding me to collect both tickets by 08/10/2016.

    Should I trust the balance showing up when I scan the card via the app.
    Or should I trust the website, which is telling me I haven't collected my purchases yet?

    I did, but I must have missed this the first time around;

    (It can take up to 24 hours for transactions to appear on your online account)

    I was just hoping someone who has topped up the card using the app before could confirm that it is safe to use.
    I don't want to be stuck tomorrow morning!

    If the app shows the products are loaded, then they are loaded

    The website will not update until you actually present the card on a bus, train, tram and the back office sees the card state
