Probation act V Conditional Probation Act

    I got the probation act recently. I am not sure if it was conditional ie 1 year before application etc. AFAIK, the judge just said Im applying the probation act. Im looking to do an internship in the US and am wondering about whether it will show up on the check.

    I know probation act does not show on criminal record checks if given in the DC but im not sure about whether it would show as pending until the year is up.

    Anyway I could find out what exactly the terms are? Who would I contact etc.

    Have till Friday coming to decide whether or not to apply for the internship so if anyone can shed some light on it, it would be appreciated.

    I would suggest checking with the solicitor that dealt with the case. Getting this wrong could result in a very uncomfortable situation involving a rubber glove Stateside.
