Viewed a 2300ft second hand timber frame property with underfloor heating throughout. However what caught my eye was the fact that the woodchip boiler is fed with bags rather than a store. In fact there is no store. The boiler is in a small room in the house and bags stacked up beside it. Agent says it's easy to heat but I was sceptical. It also has a solid fuel stove.

It's open plan and has vaulted ceilings. Built around 2008. Nicely finished but I wouldn't consider it if the heating was going to be eating fuel. It's has a c2 ber rating.
