You're entering fixed line settings into a cellular device.

APN: hs.vodafone.com (live. is used for handset plans, hs. for BB plans)
    Proxy:10.24.59.100
    port:80
    username & password: dublin
    MCC: 272
    MNC: 01
    Authentification type: Pap
    Apn type:internet

    Code: 0X000004 - undefined

    Details:undefined

Attached a photo of settings. Still don't know what the dialed number should be.....

When I previously gave Vodafone a test run earlier this year, this is how I configured my router. It's a Huawei B593s-22, but its firmware is not ISP customised like your screenshot.

Profile name: Vodafone (can be anything)
    APN: hs.vodafone.ie
    User name: (blank)
    Password: (blank)
    Authentication: None

My router does not have a 'Dialed Number' field, but this is generally always *99# for a data connection.

If you are trying to use a Vodafone prepay SIM set up with a phone data plan (e.g. €20 top-up for 5GB data plan), you need to use 'live.vodafone.com' for the APN setting, otherwise the hs APN will eat credit at the out-of-bundle rate.
