Is this a near miss in Dublin today?

Was on the M50 today and saw an approaching aircraft conduct a go round on finals to RW27 whilst another aircraft was taking off on the same runway..I knew it didn't look right so took some screen grabs on Flight Radar.

From the screen shots I gather the inbound Ryan Air flight from Barcelona conducted a go-round on finals due to the Ryan Air departing to Frankfurt Hahn on the same runway.

Would this be a reportable incident?

Without more information it is impossible to tell. However, looking at a replay on Casper flight it appears that the closest the get is about three miles.

As for a reportable incident - I am sure it it is then whatever process is to be followed has already been initiated.

    Plus being a pedantic paddy, it's R/W 28.

What was the horizontal and vertical separation?

    Exactly.

ATC Generally have strict procedure for Go-Arounds and approaches, from what I've witnessed ATC will generally issue an immediate vector left or right should the aircraft risk breaking the minimum separation required.

I've seen it happen before at Dublin, with a Turkish airlines aircraft either last year or the year before. I've also read one or two reports of minimum separation being broken and its taken VERY seriously.

FR24 having its glitches and inaccuracies is another possibility.

A near miss - no, a loss of separation- possibly. Reportable - yes.

I logged onto FR after I saw the approaching aircraft go around so as to grab some flight details. First time I've seen something like that.

I suppose from my frame of visual reference both aircraft looked quite close together...
