SKY 'Other Channels' missing?

    Since the SKY guide upgrade i cant find my other channels. Have googled it and cant find anthing so i must be missing something!?.
    Anyone know how i find them?

    Services ---> Options ---> other channels

    Thanks, this has copped me on to the fact im using a harmony remote and havent got a direct services button programmed because i didnt need it before the update as it was previously visible under 'Guide' but not anymore.
