Saints v Giants. The game that had 101 points last year.

Who wants to go over/under on that one? :pac:

I'm calling it 10-6 from week 1 because the Bucs/Falcons game was not included in the schedule by somebody. I backed the Bucs so I'm taking the win for that one.

    NY Jets at Buffalo
    San Francisco at Carolina
    Baltimore at Cleveland
    Tennessee at Detroit
    Kansas City at Houston
    Miami at New England
    New Orleans at NY Giants
    Cincinnati at Pittsburgh
    Dallas at Washington
    Tampa Bay at Arizona
    Seattle at Los Angeles
    Indianapolis at Denver
    Atlanta at Oakland
    Jacksonville at San Diego
    Green Bay at Minnesota
    Philadelphia at Chicago

All my money will be on a Seahawks/Lions double so I'm not taking it. I think it could be something similar again though.

    10-5 from Week 1.

Bucs/Falcons game was missing. I'd have gone for the Falcons so I'll go with 10-6.

    NY Jets at Buffalo
    San Francisco at Carolina
    Baltimore at Cleveland
    Tennessee at Detroit
    Kansas City at Houston
    Miami at New England
    New Orleans at NY Giants
    Cincinnati at Pittsburgh
    Dallas at Washington
    Tampa Bay at Arizona
    Seattle at Los Angeles
Indianapolis at Denver (Hate backing against Indy but Denver's D is going to kill us)
    Atlanta at Oakland
    Jacksonville at San Diego
    Green Bay at Minnesota
    Philadelphia at Chicago

That Bengals/Steelers game looks a really interesting match up and I'm taking Oakland again. Another interesting game.

Jets could do with a win because their next 3-4 games after Buffalo are awful for them.

Think Sunday is going to be a rough day for the titans

On the plus side it might help get Mike Mularkey out of the head coaching job. I'm still baffled that he's the guy the entrusted to kickstart Mariota's NFL career.

What's the general consensus of the Titan's fans with regards to Mularkey and his future with ye?

What games are on Sky this week?

Really looking forward to seeing some of the games this week. Skins and Cowboys should be interesting, pity it's on the same time as the Giants-Saints game. Hopefully we see the Skins actually use 'the best corner in the game' this week.

    Bengals/Steelers@6 and Seahawks/Rams@9:05 I think

Bengals and Steelers should be interesting - and there are a lot of interesting match-ups this weekend, the one that intrigues me most is Chiefs/Texans.

I see everyone is expecting the Broncos to beat the Colts - I also expect them to do it - but the Broncos wins this season are all likely to be by a single score and when games are that close anything can happen (particularly when you have a player of Luck's calibre at QB).

tbh, apart from sunday gone, everyone has been impressed, however the wheels will come off that bus pretty quick with another loss or 2.

Agree with JRG, that Bengals Steelers game will be very interesting, two teams with serious playoff ambitions right there.

Gamepass is about 10 seconds behind the twitter stream

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,052 ✭✭✭poldebruin

Wow, as that pass left Fitzpatrick's hand I thought he was throwing it away, it looked like it had no chance. Great throw and catch on 3rd

God, the Jets oline is bad

Rex Ryan challenging a four yard completion on 2nd and 9 in the first half of the first quarter is Vintage Rex Ryan

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,638 ✭✭✭phatkev

Jets starting this week the same way they did last week, getting the ball inside the 5 and settling for a field goal. Fitz also legit tried to give the ball to the Bills 4 times on that drive

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,638 ✭✭✭phatkev

    what the actual fcuk Revis

  • Moderators, Sports Moderators Posts: 15,721 Mod ✭✭✭✭dfx-

Jets 99% of the ball, 7-6 down

    Well maybe 90% and near fumbles/interceptions 10%:)

Those field goals on 4th and short inside the 10 yard line killed them last week, and might kill them this week - that said, they are moving the ball well.

its a carbon copy of last week so far, on offense and defense

Big fan of this Twitter NFL thing. Saves me a lot of time looking for a stream.

OK, it actually only saves me around 1 minute looking for a stream, but the quality is perfect.

That looks bad for Marshall, he#ll be a huge loss.

Think he's a great receiver, love watching him play.

if anyone needs a wr in fantasy do yourself a favor and pick up Enunwa, Fitz loves given him the ball

If anyone (as i do) has Robert Woods on their fantasy team, drop him, the least productive no.2 receiver in the league it seems.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,052 ✭✭✭poldebruin

I take it all back.....nope, Robert Woods still MIA.
Great play from Taylor, Game on here. Buffalo D needs to show it can slow the Jets though

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,052 ✭✭✭poldebruin

Jets shoot themselves in the foot. How frustrating it must be to be a Jets fan.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,004 ✭✭✭✭Realt Dearg Sec

Jets have a serious receiver corps, if they can get it motoring.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,052 ✭✭✭poldebruin

Talking to myself, but what a drop by Marshall, won't see an easier catch dropped this year - and at such a pivotal point of the game.

  • Moderators, Sports Moderators Posts: 15,721 Mod ✭✭✭✭dfx-

Hard to believe that scoreline coming back from just before the half.

Bad series for the bills just there when they had a chance to really establish momentum.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,052 ✭✭✭poldebruin

The Bills haven't run a play inside the Jets 20 tonight, and only 2 inside the 30. Good response from The Jets, they look the better team, but can't help but let the Bills back into time and again.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,052 ✭✭✭poldebruin

Interesting.....i wonder how long the protocol takes. Would like to see a replay to see if Taylor wobbled or something or was it just the hit

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,052 ✭✭✭poldebruin

Yeah, three defenders converging on his head....right decision.
