    Hi

Can anyone recommend a way to heat a small WC that doesn't have a rad or other heating source.
The WC can get very cold in the winter and the towel doesn't dry.

Is there any easy solution with low running costs.

    Thanks

You can get an oil filled rail with an electric element.

Would it need to be plugged into electrical source and would there be a carbon monoxide issue?

Cheers for reply. Not up on these type of things.

You'd need to get an electrician to install it.

No, no carbon monoxide issue at all, it is a sealed unit. It does not burn the oil, it works like an immersion heater, an element inside the towel rail heats the oil and a thermostat switches it on/off. You'd also be best getting a timer to control when it is on.

Would it be any good as a cheap constant heat source for the WC?
I have a light switch on the wall outside the WC. Could this be used as the power source?

Hard to tell, do you have central heating? How is the rest of the house heated right now?

I don't want to go down central heating route. Just an easy cheap to run solution.
