Was Sent Worng Ping G Driver Custom Fit

Hi all,
Was recently fit for new driver at a ping demo day in my local club and decided to purchase after some consideration.

It finally aarrived this weekend but straight away i noticed it was the wronf loft. As it could be adjusted slightly i kind of accepted it. But up on the range i realised it wasnt the specific one i was fit for i.e LS Tech Ping G Driver, this was in fact the regular G Driver.

I brought it back to club pro shop who i ordered it off but Im just wondering should this be easily sorted and changed or have i any rights at all after i took wrapper off of club and hit 4 or 5 balll with it before relaising it def wasnt my specs??

Just to be clear, I never recveived my custom specs for the Driver in a print off or anything but i know for sure what i was testing in the fitting and got no receipt either.

Im hoping im not totally at fault as its definitley the a mistake and wrong Driver Head ordered.

You need to find out what was ordered for you. Was the club specs on the box it came in, who placed the order?

Custom orders are wrong all the time, they will honour mistakes even if you hit it a couple of time, but you need to know what was order.
