What way do FSA measure, centre to centre or from each end. Are the tops of the Gossamer bar flatish?

Not 100% sure, I'll check and get back to you.
FWIW, the original bars on my Felt Z road bike are 42cm and I needed to go up a size for the FSA ones. They do taper slightly from the hoods out to the ends. Yes, the tops of the Gossamar ones are flatish.

OK, just checked and they're 44cm from the centre of the bar to the centre, at the ends of the drops, if that makes sense, ie where you would stick the bar end plugs.
