US eBay GSP customs charges using PM, PW or AP

    In theory you can but if the package turns up to Parcel Motel with customs charges they'll automatically refuse it.

    Thanks for the reply. Am I right in thinking eBay GSP includes all customs/taxes charges due, in this case zero to the UK but Irish customs could still stop it and add the Irish applicable rates on top irrespective?

    My tiny brain is wondering if they see a GSP pre-paid to the UK they might ignore it but then they've probably seen this trick a thousand times before.

    Customs should be due irregardless of where it lands. I mean the eBay page should have terms and conditions; some websites guarantee you won't have charges and others refuse culpability.
