I would like to be able to expand transactions to see the full details on banking 365.
Some of the transaction codes are not easy to identify.
Is there any way to see the full name of the person/company on each transaction ?

    Thanks

    Hi weary1,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.

The information shown in your transaction history and estatements on Banking 365 Online is the information provided by the retailer. If you have made a cross border/non-euro payment on your account, we are obliged to show the currency used, the date the transaction occurred, the amount spent and also the rate applied to the conversion.

If you do not recognise or are concerned about a transaction on your account, you can submit a query through Banking 365 Online by selecting 'Online Service Desk' and 'Ask a Question' and a rep will be happy to look into this further for you.

We hope this helps and if there's anything else we can help you with, please let us know.

    Thanks,

    Sharon
