On a half day from work and heading into town, would like to watch a little bit of it if possible. :D

The only place I've seen cycling on a big screen is a pub at the end of South William Street (on the Stephens Green side). Can't remember the name.

The living room? They tend to show loads of sports at the same time, many many screens. Maybe call them up to save you the trek up O'Connell st.

Nice one, not familiar with it, but will give it a go. Wandering around anyway so don't mind the trek!

Maybe twas around there anyway - but isn't Peter's Pub known for not having a telly? Does it have a lounge attached to down the back I wonder? All very fuzzy memory :pac:

The Back Page is a very good call. Very cycle orientated place.

I've never been in it but walk past it regularly and it fitted the description given by brocbrocach - end of South William Street on St Stephen's Green side. Apologies if it doesn't have a TV!

it's pretty much the right location alright but definitely not a bar for watching sports ;)

As the dog returns to its womit I must have a gander again down in that area, see what memories come back!
