I mind a little boy 4 days afterschool. Mum asked me to have him 3 - 6, I pick him up from school, give dinner and supervise homework. Dad collected him early 2 days last week and paid me for just the hours he was with me. I'm not sure how to handle this. Do I just come out with it.

Nip this in the bud now.

If your agreement is that you are available to mind him from 3 to 6, then you should get paid for those hours.

Even if he picks up the child early, you should still get paid.

Unless you want the flexibility to finish early yourself!
