Can rape victims serious say they do not share some of the blame?

Rapists are cowardly opportunistic sexual sadists who prey on weakness and vulnerability.
So when women make themselves vulnerable by consuming alcohol to excess dressing in a sexual manner - whether they actually desired sex or not - and stupidly walk through bad areas alone or without male company they are inviting attack.
Would you go swimming in a shark infested waters while wearing steaks strapped to your body? Of course not.
Would you park your car with expensive items in plain view in a crime ridden area of the city? Of course not.
Would you walk out of your house and leave the door open and unlocked? Of course not.
Why are women's right activists outraged when someone points out that it is dangerous for women to be dressed in a sexually provocative manner and to be legless drunk because it invites rape?
The victim did not choose to be raped and the rapist deserves to be punished but it is stupid to think there is not a link.
Why is political correctness more important that prudent precautions?
We live in a violent unsafe world and that's that.
The overwhelming majority of men do not need to be educated not to rape.
They are not psychopaths.
Psychopathic rapists will rape regardless because they don't care.
A tiger will kill you if you climb into an enclosure with one.
Women who are drunk out of their minds and wearing a barely there outfit do not deserve rape but can they be surprised when it happens?
Rapists similar to animal.predators will go for the weakest in the herd. A stray member of the herd is going to get jumped.
