New Sky box software

    Got the latest Sky epg software update and a lot of programmes I had stored in the deleted tab have been permanently deleted despite my box being 90% free! Not happy!

    Anything deleted from your box gets moved to the Deleted tab.

    Once it has been deleted for more than 60 days it is permanently deleted off the box under the new software version.

    So when the new software dropped then any programs which were deleted more than 60 days ago were automatically wiped off.

    Which begs the question - why would you use the Deleted tab for anything other than programs you no longer wanted on the box?! :)

    That's the joys of sky box. Freesat HD were stored programs can moved to PC or Laptop.

    Same thing happen to me. I had Ireland games from the Euros left in the deleted tab. :mad:
    I also can't access the hidden installation menu the usual way. Anyone know how to access it now?

    Select the settings box in the new menu and key in the same sequence 0,0,1 then select and it should appear
