GP Visit Card

Hello I used to have a medical card but as of last year I was downgraded to a GP Visit card.

I have a blockage in my ear with a build up of wax. I was wondering would my GP card cover the procedure to syringe my ear or would I have to pay for it? I know I have to pay for prescriptions but not sure does GP card just cover basic visits or more.

    Thanks for any help
