How do you find out if a company was taken to court.

How to you find out if a certain company was ever taken to court before or even taken to the small claims courts ??? I have gone on to courts.ie website and done a search of the company name but nothing comes up etc.

You can't I'm afraid. The District Court don't publish decisions or alike.

I'd say pretty much every company of any sort of size which deals with end users has been to court at some point.

Credit review companies will show if CJ's, Court Judgements have been awarded against companies. You'd need to have a subscription though.

If you want you could PM me the company and I'd look. I'd only be passing on the info as displayed by Creditsafe.ie and not offering an opinion myself.
