How do you paint a damp exterior block wall?

    Hiya all.
    I have some walls to paint in a farmyard but they show signs of damp in places. Behind the wall in question, the level of the land is much higher than the near side. Probably connected.

    Whats the best way of doing this?

    What are you classing as signs of damp? not apparent from the pic... from your description I thought it would be green!

    Any exterior masonry paint would do.

    The blocks feel damp and have black spots in places. I powerwashed the lot to get it to what you see in the picture but still think I am missing a step.
