Nice classy restaurant to go to for dating

Not an relationship issue just need some sound advice.
Taking a nice lady out over the weekend & I need advice on restaurants as I don't go to them often.
Looking for a nice kind of fancy restaurant to impress her preferably in Dublin city centre if possible.
Not hung up on what type of food they serve.
Any advice will be very much appreciated
