I'm looking to lease some space with a number of offices, if anyone would be interested in an office share or hot desk type arrangement please let me know.

To be honest, rent in Wexford is low enough that hot desking/leasing isn't really going to work that well.

What you might find is someone who has a spare office room or has a groundfloor lease with an unused office upstairs might lease it out, but I can't imagine a trading business is going to let you have access to them and their facilities unless they were a dedicated co-location space.

A quick search on daft throws up a number of very reasonably priced offices.

Thank's Ezra, it's not necessarily the rent, which is very reasonable, its the benefit of having a vibrant office space for small/single person operations.

Unless its a dedicated shared work space (like Dogpatch in the CHQ in Dublin) that set up doesn't work that well and is very hard to find.

Also, if you are a consultant, having an office you can take a client into to have a discussion is crucial! Shared space conference rooms aren't quite the same.

Thanks for your feedback Ezra, I've seen this kind of setup work all over the country and throughout Europe, just come back from sharing a super space in Krakow. Wexford may not be ready for it yet :-(.....

There is an architects at Clonard Village that always looks quiet with multiple empty spaces. Worth a look?
