Hik-vision no link on nvr

    Company Ptz camera is displaying No Link on nvr. Can't seem to fix it. Any ideas.

    Check a few things :

    1) has the camera power?
    2) if using a POE - has it power ?
    3) if powered down and up does cam move ?
    4) are patch leads plugged in right ?

    To be honest it would just be best to call installing company as they will prob have it fixed in a short time
