Just wondering if people can give an idea on prices to expect to pay for plumbing and heating and electrical for a new build. Or what people have been quoted in their build prices for these (PC sums or other )

    House: 2800sq ft (263 sq m) , 2 storey

    Plumbing/heating:
    ATW heat pump
    UFH downstairs do
    7 rads upstairs
    Pressurised system
3 bathrooms to have sanitary ware fitted.
    Connection to private well
    Other usual plumbing

    Electrical
    Wiring as usual
    Wiring for heat pump
    Cat 6 cabling

    Thx

As a PC Sum on a house that size I would be going to tender at :-
    • €22,500 for Heating and domestic plumbing
    • €9,500 for Electrical

Above includes middle of the road cost for the ATW heat pump, as price can vary from 5k to 25k depending on manufacturer.

Make sure the 7 rads upstairs are high efficiency rads compatible with the ATW system !!

Thx Kieran - when you say middle of the road atw Hp - approx how much would you have allowed in the 22.5k for the supply and fit of the heat pump ?
I presume you have also allowed for high efficiency rads for upstairs in the 22.5k

We've been quoted 12k for the electricial - so does that seem overly high based off your 9.5k ?

    €8500 approx for the ATWHP

€12,000 would not be a crazy price. €9.5k would be basic white fittings, single light pendant to each room etc
