    Hi all,

We have finally gotten planning permission after a 4 year long battle with the council. Anyways, our 4 weeks are up, I am wondering what is next? We have to wait for a C3 do we? Is there anything I can do to "help" that process along? Is there a set time for them to issue the C3? We have our engineer working on our drawings so that once we get it we can apply for our commencement notice, is there anything else we should be doing to try move the process along?

Start talking to contractors if you haven't yet.

The C3 should issue as a matter of course in the next couple of days. It won't be long - and after 4 years it definitely won't be long by comparison!!

The final grant syd - the letter is called a C3 - at least colloquially down our side anyway.I think C3 is written on it somewhere.

The notification of a decision is a C2.

Thanks! I know, after waiting for so long to get planning you think I would have learned patience! :-)
We have the contractor on board and the digger man is waiting for the green light to start the site work, which will take a while. The engineer is finalising the drawings and waiting to press the button on the commencement notice :-)

Still on the Galway ones - as of a couple of months ago anyway! Top left hand corner of the first page.

I'll check DCC ones but I was afraid to ask what C3 was:o

Edit. No mention of C3 on my final grant.

Yip Galway! I did get a C2, although it doesn't say it on the file, it does refer to it when you look the document up on their system!
