Question about licence renewal

I know it's every 3 years and I've about 7-8 months left till I my 3 year is up to renew my shotgun licence.
When I get the letter how long have I got till I send it off??
Asking because il be in Vegas in April for nearly a month. So I'd hate to get it the day I leave and not be able to send off for it again.
Also I've the rifle that licence is another year and half away till renewal. Can I just pay the two so I can renew them both same time every 3 years??

You should get the renewal notice 3 months before the license is up.

As above, they'll send you the FCR three months prior to the expiry of any license. So you fill it in and send it back as soon as you can.

No.

You have to wait till the FCR for each gun is sent out.
