    Hi,

    I ordered Eir Broadband & TV Essentials on the 12th August. On the 22nd of August an engineer came out and disconnected my Magnet broadband line and installed the Eir line (nothing physically changed in my apt but the Magnet bb that I'm still paying a notice period on no longer works).

    I called at the end of last week to check when the broadband/TV was coming but the Eir rep wasn't able to give me any info, just told me to wait.

    So my question is how long should I be expecting to wait for?
