Small Claims waiting times ?

    Hi,

    I'm currently taking a motorcycle driving instructor to small claims court but there appears to be some kind of delay.

    I set up the case online on csol.ie 3 weeks ago but I've heard nothing since . The site still says "case not initiated."

    I'm just wondering if it is normal for it to take this long to take a case to court?

    Anybody have any experience with this stuff?

    The District Court is mostly on vacation in August.

    How else would the harvest be got in. The peasants don't supervise themselves.
