Is there an simple way of seeing the charges registered on a property in Dublin? Who and when kind of information? It's my property. An internet portal or similar? If not, what is the simplest and cheapest way of doing it?

    Thanks in advance.

Sorry Fred, but can you put it in simple language. Where do I find this folio? Is it online? Do I need a solicitor for it? Can I go into an office somewhere and inspect it?

    Thanks

Great stuff. Much appreciated. I have just paid the fiver and downloaded this folio.

It shows the original mortgage. Then the moving of the mortgage and all data is accurate.

Is this info concise? Its just I have done a lot over the last few years and have lost track of who has what guarantees and charges where.

If your life has been that complicated you should ask your solicitor to check matters for you
