Enough time before flight

Hi all, quick question, I'm due to catch a flight in September to spain, the flight is leaving at 09:50 am from Dublin airport. I don't usually travel at this time of the morning, so just wondering if I get to the airport for about 8am, is this enough time or am I cutting it short, we will have a couple of bags to drop…

Hi all,

quick question, I'm due to catch a flight in September to spain, the flight is leaving at 09:50 am from Dublin airport. I don't usually travel at this time of the morning, so just wondering if I get to the airport for about 8am, is this enough time or am I cutting it short, we will have a couple of bags to drop off, but aer lingus have those automated bag drops now, so hoping this will be quick enough.
Anyways basically if we get there for 8am are we giving ourselves enough time?

IMO and from recent travels yes, you are giving yourself plenty of time, please note that I am excluding shopping time.
