IF a person dies aged 59 without a will Is the law , that the estate is divided
    between each close relative,
eg theres 2 sisters ,one brother left .

Say the only asset is 12k in the bank ,is the 12k divided among the 3 siblings .
How much on average would a solicitor charge for legal fee,s to
    complete this transaction .
the person lived in a rented flat .
all documents ,id,birth cert, bank card ,bank book were left in a drawer .
IS there anything i missed here ,
should i go to an advice centre for more information ?
Is a death cert part of this legal process for division of the estate .
