Bath overflow which is flush with bath

If wanting to be able to sit at the sink end of a bath (the taps would be positioned at the other end), an overflow with a pop-up plug (so no chain) would be required, and also the overflow on the wall of the bath would have to be as flush with the bath wall as possible.

Would anyone be able to suggest a pop-up plug bath overflow where the overflow is flush with the bath wall? Usually they sit out a bit.

    Thanks!
