    Good complaint to have.
Simple solution eat more. I'm similar and manage to keep above my target weight with 2 extra snacks a day.

When running seriously you need to exchange quantity for quality food. At some point you will end up running on fumes unless you address your input model. Consult a dietitian or doctor if you have concerns, but most of the running websites have decent, balanced plans...

30k per week isn't that heavy a workload, well under 2000 calories at those kinds of speeds, it's not insubstantial but not enough to explain lots and lots of weight loss, especially as to burn 1 pound of fat you need to burn 3,500 calories. And muscle weighs more than fat so if it is weight rather than "heft" you've lost that's another factor.

Depending how much "lots and lots" of weight is I'd get a health check. Other than that I'd supplement the diet with lots of protein to aid muscle gain and retention.

    Totally agree.
3 x 10k does not sound like enough running volume/time on feet to lose lots and lots of weight. Unless you have also either consciously or unconsciously started watching your diet a lot at the same time as taking up running maybe getting the once over from the local doctor just to check all is normal could be an idea.

I guess I'll inject more protein into diet and see where we go from there..
