Flight Tickets - When to buy?

    Hi,

    Hope this is the right forum. We're looking to go away to Malaga over the Christmas period, I was wondering when would be the best time to buy the tickets as I've been given mixed advice.
    Some people are saying but straight away as they will only go up and others are saying wait until end of October as both Ryanair and Aer Lingus will probably have winter sales.

    Any advice welcome.
