Bruising behind the ear

Got in a fight last night, during which I was hit in the side of the head at one point. The bruising is just along the line where the ear meets the head. I feel fine - I've no dizziness, blurred vision, etc, etc. I'v some minor pain when chewing due to the joints near the ear moving.

I've some swelling in the area above the ear too (which might have been from the same punch), and some bruising behind the ear, which is already half disappeared in the last 12 hours. However, at the moment my ears aren't symmetrical. My left ear is sticking out more than my right. I presume this is due to the swelling?

Wondering should I go to south doc.
