Penal fines in £

    I recently came accross an active piece of legislation (can't remember which one it is now :) ), which still carried the penalty for an offence in £ (there was no amended € penalty that I could find - perhaps there was a € penalty but I couldn't find it) and I was curious as to the legal status of the price of the fine in such circumstances if it hasn't been changed to reflect the Euro?

    Have you read the fines Act 2010, and the Euro Chaneover Act 2001.
