    Hi there,
Just moved across to eir for TV recently enough. One thing that is driving us mad is the channel list filter. Is there any way to permanently stop the unit from listing all the channels we're not subscribed to? At the moment every time the box is turned on you need to go back in and filter again.

    Secd

    Hi g0g,

Thank you for getting in touch :)

I am afraid at the moment this is not a service we provide, however, we are continuously working on improving our service and this may be an option in the future. Unfortunately, this is not something we can guarantee but I will be sure to relay your feedback onto the relevant department.

    Kind Regards,
    Ciara

Thanks Ciara, appreciate you replying anyway. This seems like a fairly simple thing that a software update could probably sort, so hopefully it's addressed in future.
