Good, cheap scotch malt recommendations

I class black bush as being massive value. it can be had for 25 quid and yet tastes as good as many whiskeys twice or almost 3 times the price. Its massively malty despite having some grain and its a bit of a cherry monster, but all this is very well balanced and drinkable. again, for 25 quid!

In relation to scotches I've never found any of similar quality for less than 50 quid, but that said i haven't sampled a huge amount of them.

Are there any recommendations for a good cheap scotch malt?

FYI - I know that for 40 -50 quid i can get great scotch malt but this is for a party where i need to bring a few bottles & also where something really good wont be appreciated to the fullest, so while i want something that tastes good, i dont want to spend too much on something who's quality will go un-noticed.

Research is bringing up the name TE BHEAG BLENDED WHISKY.
its 33 euros which is decently priced, but its only 40% malt, compared with Black bush which is estimated to be 70%+ malt.
