Should I change my apartment if my humidity is 70% at 21 °C ?

-dehumidifier will decrease it to 55-60%, but when I air out, the 70% humidity is back.
-I am sure this humidity is killing my health
-should I never open the windows to keep the humidity low ?
    -should I run 2 dehumidifiers everyday ?
-should I use the heaters everyday ?
-what is Your normal humidity in Your house ?

    edit:
-I found this answer : http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=93324720 and 70 % inside humidity is normal in Ireland
    -I should air out everyday
-when I go abroad I feel amazing, so my body hates high humidity...

    What is your BMI?
Do you have any underlying health issues that are impacted by high RH?

These are key components of assessing health risks of elevated humidity, which also needs to be plotted against the ambient temperature as the combination of high temp, high humidity and high BMI is the real indicator of health risks.

What is your lifestyle impact on the RH in the apartment?

-my BMI is very good, I had a lungs infection 5 years ago, but I researched that every house in Ireland has 60-70% humidity
-but I feel amazing when I go abroad, so there is not much I can do...

-outside is 75-80% humidity, but in Ireland is high humidity, so there is not much I can do, just my body doesn´t like it...

High indoor humidity is normal, outside the heating season. However, during the heating season, internal humidity may peak to 70% and above during high moisture producing events (cooking, showering) but should rapidly reduce to 55%ish with appropriate heating / ventilation. Physics in action.
