Browser extension to generate ad clicks

Does such an extension exist for FF/Chrome?

What I want is something that will click on a random small portion of ads (preferably while adblock is running so they're not actually displayed) and load the page the ad leads to in the background and then discard it.

So in a day's browsing it would appear as if I had clicked on a random fistful of ads displayed to instead of the regular 0? Does it exist or do I need to go about writing it myself?
