Will brother stayin during the week affect OPF?

Hi, my brother stays with me 4 nights a week for work. Doesn't make any financial contribution other than some groceries and cooking the odd dinner. When I was applying for OPF the lady told me it didn't matter but never wrote down anywhere that I had actually told her. If an inspector were to call and find he stays here…

Your brother staying with you wont affect your OPF.

As long as the house is yours privately and not funded by the state in any way, you're fine.
