    Hi All, greetings from Cork
Just back from a week stay in Castlegregory and we just cant believe how quiet the whole place has actually got over the last few years.
We have being renting a house there for the last 5 years and every year its seems to be quieter
Are the locals going out there anymore?
Years ago Spillanes had you pay for your food upfront and then go off and find a table yourself..now a completely different ballgame.

We love the place but would hate to see it get any quieter (were there week of the long weekend)

We went in to Spillanes on the Aug bank hol weekend and had to leave again, the place was jammed. Went to Ned's and had to sit out in the smoking area. The numbers in south Kerry are well up, at least partly due to the "Star Wars" effect.
