Lost Savings Certificate

    Hi,

    Unsure if this is in the right section.

    I had a saving certificate, I filled out the repayment form and put it in an envelope along with the cert and I handed it into the GPO information desk as I was told that it would be sent up to the repayments office. (July 1st)

    Two weeks went by and I did not receive my cheque or cert back.

    I rang the repayments office and they have no record if receiving my form and I went to the GPO and they don't seem to know anything about it.

    I can't apply for a replacement cert as I don't know the serial number of the cert itself as it seems to have been lost.

    What can I do?
