Hi, I'm just wondering if I could order a statement and was wondering if my IBAN would be on it? Need this by Tuesday

    Thanks

    Good Afternoon TheFitz13,

Thanks for contacting the Bank Of Ireland, you can order an up to date statement by calling 0818365365 Option 1 then 5 then 1, this will generate a statement to your online account which will be available to download and print the next day.

Your BIC and IBAN appear on the top right side of this statement, but if you need this sooner you can see your BIC and IBAN when you log in online it is located on the main page beside your balance, you can also generate it by entering your details on this site

I hope this helps but please let us know if we can help with anything else.

    Thanks,
    Evie

I've done this and it just tells me my last transaction on the phone, but gives no option to save the statement to my phone and print it out?

    Hi TheFitz13,

Thanks for contacting us on Boards.

Your IBAN and BIC will be on the top of your statement. When you order an up to date statement on the phone, this will be available to view on 365 Online within 2 working days. You can then download and print it if you wish.
Just to mention, if you need your IBAN and BIC, these are also displayed on 365 Online on the 365 Home page, click on the orange Plus icon next to your Current account name.

    Thanks,
    Sarah
