Import numbering on 2013 onwards?

If I import say a March 2013 UK car will I get a 131Dxxxxx plate or will it go to 132Dxxxxx plate? I presume whatever rule is in place applies to all subsequent years.

FYI, 132D is running about 16,000 at the moment. None of this 120,000 rubbish.
