    Hi Guys
Need some advice on this. A while ago my neighbour built a wall on their side of their garden. We're in semi detached houses. There's been some disputes since the walls been built. What are the guidelines when building a boundary wall? Thanks.

If they built the wall on their side what is the problem?

What kind of dispute? Over what?

If it's on thier land it's not a boundary wall as you put it. 2m high on the rear and 1.2m to the front of the property is allowed without planning
