Hi everyone, I'm buying a new build which is pre wired with a particular alarm company - every house in the estate has the alarm box (or whatever you call it) with the name of the company on the front of the house. Do we have to go with that company??

Of course not, unless the alarm has been included in the cost of the house.

As above. You might even be better off with a different one.

My advice would be always get at least 3 quotes.
